Heavy Equipment Operator – CDL Required
Full-Time | Overtime| Full Benefits

We’re hiring a skilled Grinder Truck Operator to join our growing team. If you have a Class A or B CDL, mechanical know-how, and experience operating grinder trucks or similar equipment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate heavy equipment with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

  • Communicate with supervisors and crew to keep production moving

  • Interact professionally with DOT inspectors and engineers as needed

  • Follow all job site safety protocols and wear required PPE

  • Complete daily logs, inspections, and fuel reports

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Able to lift 75+ lbs and move safely around large equipment

  • Willing to work nights or weekends if the project requires it

  • Must pass a drug screening and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
