What You’ll Do:
- Own the numbers! Assist with financial reporting, month-end close, and account reconciliations.
- Keep things running smoothly by handling general ledger entries, journal postings, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts to help drive financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies while supporting tax filings and audits.
- Process A/P & A/R transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required).
- 1+ years of accounting experience (public or private accounting preferred).
- Tech-savvy! Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask.
- Team player with great communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
