OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
• MANAGE A STAFF, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, VENDOR COMPLIANCE, BUDGETS, COSTS, SAFETY, PROFITABILITY, AND STATUTORY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE.
• MAINTAIN CONSTRUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS, VENDORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, INSPECTORS, COMMUNITY OFFICIALS AND COMPANY STAFF.

DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
• CONDUCT PRE-CONSTRUCTION REVIEWS INCLUDING ESTIMATE REVIEW AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. DEVELOP PURCHASING STRATEGIES, PROJECT FLOW CHARTS AND SCHEDULES.
• ENSURE EXPECTATIONS OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MET
• DIRECT AND SUPERVISE THE PURCHASE OF MAJOR EQUIPMENT
• ESTABLISH AND COORDINATE OVERALL PROJECT SCHEDULE
• ENSURE LABOR, MATERIAL, AND EQUIPMENT COST CONTROL FOR ALL PROJECTS
• PROVIDE AND REQUIRED PROJECT BILLINGS
• ENSURE ACCURATE COMPLETION AND UPDATING OF ALL REQUIRED PROJECT REPORTS
• MAINTAIN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND ASSIST IN DEVELOPMENT OF NEW BUSINESS
• ENSURE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED PER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SCHEDULE
• ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING A SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT, AS WELL AS COMPLYING WITH ALL STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
• RESPONSIBILITY FOR MULTIPLE SUBSTANTIAL PROJECTS
• CONDUCTS ACTIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL AND UNBIASE4D MANNER
• COMPLIES WITH ALL COMPANY AND SITE POLICIES AND BEST PRACTICE STANDARDS
• UTILIZES RELEVANT COMPANY TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT ALL ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES
MANAGING OTHERS
• INSPIRES A SENSE OF TEAMWORK. UTILIZES COMMUNICATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS TO FOSTER TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION.

• PROVIDES FEEDBACK AND COACHING TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE
• SERVES AS A CHANGE AGENT BY SUPPORTING BUSINESS AND WORK PROGRAM CHANGE INITIATIVES.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• TEAM FIRST MENTALITY
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OR RELATED INDUSTRY PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
• 5 YEARS OR MORE OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
• WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK ONSITE WHEN NEEDED
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
